I Iwas a hands on caregiver for 10 years after taking an administrator license for a RCFE I got involved in caregiving where I learned the needs of the elderies , applied the theories that I learned and tried to reach a goal towards the improvement and quality of service to assist them in their ADLS. I love to be a caregiver because I believe that someday somehow I will be like them and as the saying goes, what you give , is what you get. I am very proud that I worked hard for the college education of my five children. I am very willing to work as soon as possible.
