My responsibilities in this 6-bed have included all ADL's: medication management, transfers (Hoyer lift), wound care, range-of motion, breathing treatments, incontenent care, fine cooking, feeding, salon care, daily housekeeping, laundry, dealing with hospice & family members, doing all documentation, ensuring safety & well-being of all residents, bathing, dressing, hygiene, escort residents to & from meals, reports, adhering to individual dietary restrictions, assisting residents with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, & other debilitating illnesses. Proudest achievement ... would have to be traveling to China as an English teacher. Hobbies ... quilting for a variety of charities.
