I'm a very well rounded healthcare provider for 24 years now. Most of my experience has been within a post acute rehabilitation hospital working as a CNA. My background is within many different areas of care from adolescents to the elder population. From basic companion care to medically complex. Assisting individuals with different ailments and disabilities, mental health, spinal rehabilitation quadriplegia/paraplegia, spinal decompression, dementia/alzheimer's, hospice care to name a few. For the past 14 years I've been providing in home health independently, as well as working with medical registries to keep my skills up to date and CNA certification current. I chose in home care apose to the hospital environment because home health gives an individual the peace of mind to go at their own pace comfortably and to heal peacefully at the comfort of their own home. I take great pride in the care I provide. I have excellent references and letters of recommendation. I'm professionally established in the general Sacramento and surrounding areas. I'm registered with the State of California Home Care Registry. I have current BLS/CPR certification. I'm COVID vaccinated and booster. I'm a very compassionate, attentive, reliable self starter of whom will always go above and beyond. My work is independently contracted. For over thirty years I have understood the need to have compassion for the needs of children with special needs and the elderly making life transitions. For me; my reward is not so much salary; but more importantly being a part of making a meaningful difference is a persons life. I have special skills in hospice care and special needs care for infants. I am very proud to say that I have continued my career currently as a certified care giver for two agencies in the Sacramento area for the past three years.
