Transport residents to medical, dental, social activities, and other appointments. 1. Assist residents in all personal grooming such as bathing, toileting, dressing, medical, and dental needs. 1. Assist with coordination of residents' health care. 2. Provide supervision and training during community and recreational outings. 3. Monitor physical and emotional wellness of residents and immediately report changes in status. 4. Prepare meals and store food in compliance with all regulations and program outline. 5. Provided care to grandmother by keeping up with general housekeeping, laundry service, personal hygiene, and prepared meals for her. * Assisted her to all doctors' appointments, monthly grocery shopping, paid all bills, and ran any necessary errands as needed. * Ensured she was taking any prescription medicines properly, and was an all-around companion watching over her to prevent her from falling, and provided any additional care as needed.
