About Marva

I am the daughter of a mom that suffered a stroke. I know firsthand how to assist by going through the entire process of caring for my loved one, my mom. The stroke was on the left side of her brain affecting her right side that resulted in lost mobility on one side of her body. The in-fart in her brain caused her the inability to read or write or even bath herself. She also lost vision in one eye and needed surgery for the other. I consider myself to be a patient and caring human. Although, my mom still needs some assistance, with my help, she has regained mobility and movement on her right side and without a walker. I did extensive agility and phonics work with her daily that I learned from the rehabilitation center and my earlier days of teaching. My mom is astounding all her doctors with her rehabilitation and recovery. I catch on fast and I can implement just as quick. I enjoy working with people and seeing them soar. I motivate and teach by nature. I was an educator for many years teaching 1st and 2nd graders, thus I understand patience and time yields results. Me in a nutshell, caring, kind, patient.
