About Michael

I am an ambitious 19 year old who is energetic, enthusiastic and ready to tackle any task assigned to me. I became a caregiver because my own grandmother recently began having memory problems and needed care taking however she did not like any of the caregivers. We moved her in to our own house so that we could look after her and I liked helping out so I decided to give care giving a try.

    I worked at my family’s winery in El Dorado County. I worked as a team member in the bottling process in assisting with corking, cleaning corked bottles, labeling and foiling the final product. I assisted during grape harvest by picking grapes transporting grapes to crushing facilities, sorting grapes and preparing fermentation bins and cleaning up after crush. In vineyard management, I pruned grape vines, sucked and thinned vines overgrowth. I assisted in managing public area by mowing, clearing weeds and overgrowth and assisted with irrigation system. In Retail Sales, I was responsible for keeping products stocked, cleaning glassware, and assisting with sales in salesroom and tasting events.

Other end of day requirements include vacuuming, wiping down the counters and taking out the trash.

My responsibilities included helping customers find the items they were looking for, finalized sales, and accepting returned items. In addition, I assisted customers by placing online orders to the fulfillment center, folding and restocking clothes back in their proper places, and cleaning out the dressing room.
