I have been a caregiver since 2009. I have a great passion for taking care of others and have spent most of my working career doing so. I have extensive experience in almost every area providing care for this population. I have worked with a variety of Alzheimer's and dementia clients as well as Parkinson's, MS, Diabetes, severe respiratory issues, Huntington's disease , cancer and those on hospice all which include many different special needs. I have a degree in Psychology from CSUS that I earned in 1983. If there's something new I'm not familiar with, I'm more than willing to learn. I love to cook and most likely can make almost anything up on request. I'm always willing to do house cleaning and laundry. I take pride in my work and always go above and beyond what is expected of me. I enjoy conversing with those I provide care for, they always have such interesting memories and history. My mission is to always treat my clients with the compassion, respect and dignity they deserve. I also work at the San Juan Unified School District with Autistic preschool children which requires much energy, patience and understanding. I am also fully vaccinated. Hello my name is Jessica iv been in the medical/caregiving field for well over 17 years experience , I love what I do I love helping people I am 38 years old I have a 13 year old son who I adopted at birth. I have decided to get back in the work field. I've been working part time and ready to go back full time! now that my son is older and I'm ready to get out there and do what I love! Im very dedicated to my work I catch on fast and very easy to get along with and very dependable I give my all!
