In my position, as an Accounting Technician for the HSA, Substance Use Disorder Services, Accounts Payable - Open PO vendor files and the Accounts Payable Provider contract files. - Preparing all vendor invoices for payment processing - Assuring invoices are correctly charged, signed, dated and coded properly with the correct GL, SO and JK. - Processing of incoming Provider invoice payments - Keep a detailed invoice tracking sheet (Excel) for each Provider. - Manage the Department CALCard (credit card) and statement processing. - Office supply room maintenance and orders for staff - Assisted with purchase orders - updated ICA as required; I put together all the appropriate forms and updated documents required to request a purchase order to be renewed. Notify the proper Administration for approval to change orders for purchase orders whether it be change of amount, change of funds account. - Assist in the Administration office while staff is out of the office working remotely.

I worked at this facility as a certified Nursing Assistant. Patient care. I changed patients bedding; pillows and linens, drained catheters, assisted patients to the restrooms, turn and move patients. Every task was done with proper care to assure these elderly patients did not tear their delicate skin. Grooming patients, brush their hair, clean and cut nails, shave, and help with brushing their teeth. Check vital sign; blood pressure and temperature. Assuring the patients had plenty of water in their pitcher. Other tasks as needed in or to assure patients are well cared for.
