I am CNA/ caregiver. Being a caregiver can be a rewarding experience. If you have a good heart, and you want to give back to your community then this the great way to do it. There are millions of sickly individuals who cannot care for themselves. Can you imagine the tragedy of knowing that you could have helped someone, but did not? Caregivers are there to help those who can't help themselves. Without caregivers those who are sickly or disabled would most likely die because they are not being cared for. I am very proud of my self that I make difference to elderly who cannot able to do their daily routine, and I have chance to help them and make their life little easy. I been work as caregiver since I was only 17 year. I took care of my grand mother when she was ill, then I work as caregiver for homestead senior care for 2 years, 1 year for concord Nursing. and currently work for parkwood health care as PRN postion.(2 years)
