Hello my name is Bonnie I'm a Mother , Daughter and a Caregiver/CNA I really like being a caregiver because I love to take care of people. I see that through my care I can help make someone's life easier and better. To me it is important that people I care for have a quality life and be respected by keeping their dignity intact, joyful and peaceful. I think that being a caregiver of seniors is one on the most humble jobs there are, because we can make a difference in the life of those who need the help, love and care of others. The achievements that I am proud of are several, but I would like to mention two. I am proud of the achievements I made while working in retail. I started in a low position and through hard work and I worked my way to a management position. I had four jobs with different retail companies and I was able to keep my job in management. The second achievement that I am proud of is the accomplishments that I have achieved in my job as a senior caregiver. For example, I am proud that the seniors I take care of are healthy and happy and they are glad to see me every day. I left working retail in 2012 after being laid off and that's how I found caregiving and I'm so happy with the work I do and that I can make a difference in someone's life everyday.
