I have over 15 years experience in caregiving. I have worked in Board & Care facilities for the Elderly and Developmentally Disabled as well as in individual homes for different companies. I've also worked in Group Homes for children. I am familiar with hospital settings due to my past employment as a housekeeper at Garfield Medical Center in Monterey Park, CA. I have worked with people with different ailments including; Alzheimer's, Dementia, Psychological Disorders, Stoke, Diabetes, Blindness, Heart Disease and Cancer. I have worked closely with nurses involving Hospice care, Feeding tubes, Ostomy care and Oxygen tanks. I am currently in the process of obtaining a First Aid/CPR card. I have a clean driving record. I have current negative TB results. I love working with seniors because without them, we wouldn't be here. I appreciate each individual's history and stories. I would love to continue working for seniors.
