I worked in RCFE for 4 years..where I got all knowledge of being a caregiver...in this job you will feel the mother /daughter or father/daughter relationship that I am longing for because I don't either one for a long time..thats why I really love this job..the greatest achivement that I be proud of is when I encounter a kind of patient that was too hard to get along,,,but still alert..with caregivers that come and go..winning their heart to like me and let me stay to be her/ his caregiver was enough to be called achivement..my name is Nancy Vallesteros..friends called me Nance...that really I love...I have 11 years of experieced..handled different cases already from the lightest to the heaviest...like from simple companion to with patient with more care needed like colostomy care..g~tube ..manual or machine..trache care..diabetes with insulin .stroke patient..hip replacement,,with hoyer lift..manual or mechanical,,celebral palsy,,those with developmental disability and more..I love to sing even my voice was not good to be a singer..I love to paint..I am hardworking and fast learner, I have training in giving medication..and most of all cooking is my passion..
