About Ianne

My personality traits that makes me a great caregiver would be that I am really caring. I like to make what I'm doing fun for me and others. What really caught my eye to become a caregiver would be caring for others and making their day better or even week better. Also, because my mom, grandmother and my aunt are caregivers and my mom would sometimes bring us to her patient from before and I'd enjoy talking to the patient. I haven't had my first patient yet but, what I think I'd enjoy about being a caregiver would be making my patient laugh and have fun with me. A personal achievement that I'm proud of would be being able to do this kind of job. Meaning, earning my license to be a CNA and my certificate to do CPR.

Before I start with my accomplishments and what I did, I put down as an assembler because that was what I started as. When I started working, I was working as an assembler who would assemble parts using tools that needed caution because they would easily be broken. I was assembling for a good 2-3 months until they moved me to, what we call "The Crane," which what we would use to carry the parts that were either completed processing, just came from another building or needed to be shipped out, into these big crates or out of big crates. I was also doing that for 2-3 months. However, for a short time, I was going back and forth with crane work and assembling because either we wouldn't reach our goal for the day/week and I would step up or voluntarily work back and forth to accomplish our set goals. Later on, the supervisor for my shift brought me up to help him with some assignments he would need. I wouldn't say an assistant but it would be somewhat close to being his assistant because regardless of me being brought up to help him, I'd still go back to assembling parts or crane work for the company. Sometimes when I get lucky, I'd go to different departments and move parts around and move them to the shipping dock with either a fork lift or pallet jacks.
