I have been told for years that i have great work ethic and tatics. For example when dealing with a dementia patient i try not to change my look too drastically. , reintroduce myself as often as needed to create a bond. I ask what would they like to do during my time in they home. I always seen elderly neglect on comercials as a kid and i said i want to help the people who cant help them selves. They get physical/emotional/spirital strenght just by companionship alone. Thats one of my specialities.
