working almost 4years clinical nurse in the hospital (at AUFMC, Philippines) my experiences molded me to become more caring, more compassionate and better person. My patient and their relatives feedback are my source of fulfillment. busy day in the hospital or we used to call it our filipino term Toxic duty because Literally we dont have time for our personal needs like toilet breaks and most of the time we eat our lunch after endorsement. we handle patient 1 nurse is to 9-10Patient ratio every minutes counts to save lives. i guest what make me a better care giver is treating my patients like their are part of my family. At the end of the day when you saw their smile and laugh are priceless. Im proud of my self knowing i give my best for my patient. Healing with compassion.

Cyrel was on time, took initiative, communicated with his client's family when updates were requested, provided pictures to show us his work, got along well with my Father, and often did extra things to please my Father in line with the services he provided within the part time assignment he had with us. If Cyrel had been able to, we would have been happy for him to continue providing his services with us. He was very kind. We wish him the best in his full time position.
