Cared for a man who was left disabled after a stroke. Duties included: assist with OT's, guided up and down stairs, transfers to and from areas, cook clean, some laundry. Assisted with Adl's. Transportation to physical therapy, grocery stores, doctors appointments. Taking vital signs. my experience in working in a nursing home (skilled nursing facility) which included: Collecting information about conditions and treatment plans , Answering patient calls , Examining patients for bruises and other injuries/wounds ,Lifting patients into beds, wheelchairs ,Cleaning and sanitizing patient areas, Provide and empty bedpans, Changing sheets and restocking rooms with necessary supplies, Feeding and toileting, Collecting data
