Because I am currently a caregiver I administer meds, grocery shop, assist with hygiene/personal care, make meals, light housekeeping, transport and audio record Dr appts for family, set up medical equipment delivery, call insurance company. I leave detailed behavior log notes for doctors to review and for family to see how their lives ones day was, i also log the daily duties I perform for families to review.
