I am alway a person who is a great attitude and provides the best care needed for my patients or residents. I am also very punctual when it comes to work. I enjoy the different experience i have for the people i care for when i use to work in a skill nursing i enjoy helpimg the elderly with their ADL'S and in the hospital i enjoyed helping patients recovered from their illnesses so they can walk back home, it is such a great feeling for them and me just being a part of their rehabilitation. One of my unique achievements was just recently after working in a hospital for 8 months i was nominated employee of the month and it made me appreciate more this field.

I've been a licensed phlebotomist for 16 years and have always worked in healthcare. My mother was in a wheelchair and completely dependent on me for her every day basic needs and it gave me a great appreciation for the dignity of other humans who need extra help. I also moved my 88 year old grandpa with severe dementia and stroke history into my home. He was always completely dependent on me. It was the most humbling experience and I learned so much about health and human needs. I am very loving and compassionate and I really miss my mother and grandpa. If I could help another family with their loved one, I would be completely dedicated to their total well being.
