Hey there I'm Althea Cummings, I'm a lover for learning, very simply not outgoing love Jesus and everything beautiful about the world he created, was born in Guyana the only English speaking country in South American, I'm a mom and wife who enjoys, old music and dancing I might be a millennial but I don't quite find fun in what we offer todays society.

I have several years of experience working in the medical field, which gave me a strong foundation in patient care, communication, and handling sensitive situations with compassion. During that time, I learned how important it is to treat every individual with dignity and respect, and I carry that same mindset into caregiving. I would describe myself as patient, dependable, and compassionate. I believe those qualities are essential to being a great caregiver because they allow me to connect with people on a personal level and provide support in a way that feels genuine. What first attracted me to caregiving was the chance to make a real difference in someone's daily life, whether it is offering companionship, lending a hand with tasks, or simply being someone they can rely on. What I enjoy most about caregiving is building relationships and bringing comfort to others. Even small gestures, like sharing a laugh or helping someone feel more at ease, are meaningful to me. One personal achievement I am proud of is completing my degree while balancing work and family responsibilities. It taught me perseverance, time management, and the importance of showing up for others, all qualities I carry into my caregiving work.
