Hello there, This is Maria Budi Utami. Last May 2018, I graduated from Santa Ana College with an AA Degree in Liberal Arts. The next Spring 2019 semester, I would like to continue my education majoring in the Occupational Therapy Assistant. While waiting for that moment, I would like to dedicate myself to work for the older adults in homecare services. I am interested in the position of Certified Nurse Assistant/Caregiver through Carelinx. This job position is a great match for me because I have 14 years of experience providing customer service in travel and tourism industries as a tour operator as well as a tour guide. I also have another 9 years of experience in homecare services as a Caregiver/Certified Nurse Assistant to assist older adults to assist in their daily living activities and/or to give them companionship. My responsibilities as a tour operator/tour guide are to sit, talk, and hear my customers' needs for their travel arrangements. Also, I guide customers overseas and ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved effectively. During my time providing homecare services for older adults, assisting clients to do indoor and/or outdoor exercises, providing daily personal care are my main duties. All of these professions have taught me the meaning of giving myself for others' satisfaction through service and care with great patience and to build strong relationships with my clients. My skills are the excellent record of dependability and reliability, hard worker, skilled at working with people with diverse backgrounds, and sensitive, caring and professional attitude toward staff, patients, and their families. Also, my experience and learning process make me a strong candidate for this job because helping other people with care is my passion and it is a golden opportunity to give back to the community.
