My name is Jennifer. I have been working as a caregiver for 4 years now. I was working in Santa Barbara both through an agency as well as private duty. I currently relocated to Camarillo with my family and love living here! Being a caregiver gives me a sense of peace. I feel very rewarded at the end of my day knowing I made a difference in someone's life even for just a moment. The bond becomes very intimate and a wonderful friendship develops. I love seeing my clients laugh, smile, and feeling the security of having me there to assist with their needs or to just comfort them. I have worked with many forms of disabilities in the past 4 years. Alzheimers disease, Hard of hearing, Seizures, Dementia, Blindness, Heart disease, end of life care, Cancer, and companionship. I assist with bathing, restroom transfers, meal preps, cooking, light housekeeping, medication reminders, transfers from bed to chair etc. A personal achievement I am proud of is raising my beautiful children. Being a mother has made me the person I am today. I can't wait to be apart of your loved one's care!
