I became a caregiver because it was so much apart of my upbringing at home as well as in the islands. I watched my mom caregiving at home and at work as a child and as I got older she introduced me into this field of work. It isnt always as easy as it looked but soon it became a great experience and very rewarding to help the helpless. I like the stories i hear from patients and learning constantly about youth and adulthood. A personal achievement I am proud of is graduating highschool and being able to help my mom before i could be on my own. I am 25 years old and I enjoy reading,writing,music,family,church,volleyball,chocolate and gardening.
