My name is Zoe, and I have been working as a caregiver since I was 19 years old. I supported myself through my Bachelor's program, my Master's program, and our current global pandemic by caring for several high-risk quadriplegic clients with many medical, physical, and social needs. My work caring for these individuals has been a great source of joy, and I am humbled and honored to have had the opportunity to get to know them and be a part of their lives, as well as keep them safe and healthy through unprecedented times in our world. I am currently caring for my grandmother who is 83 years old, and one of my favorite people on the planet. I am a very typical Capricorn, always punctual, dependable, loyal, hard-working, and driven. I love to cook, chat, shop, play games, make art, take walks, and engage with those I am taking care of. My schedule is flexible, my transportation is reliable, and I would love to work with a diverse population of those seeking care. My Master's thesis and the focus of my Master's in healthcare administration program included a great deal of emphasis on promoting equity in healthcare, specifically for minority populations. I have worked with clients young and old, transgender and cisgender, of many races, with a variety of disabilities.
