When i was 7 i took care of my great great grandma. Help her get dressed and clean her house the older i got the more i was able to do and the less she could do. I then learned to give her showers and order her meds and dispense them for her and cook. She past and then my great grandma needed help. I then worked at an elderly care home at 18 and did caregiving. Dishwashing. Laundry activities and medication. What i love about caregiving is the companionship and one on one. You truly learn to bond with each other and the feeling of being helpful and there for that person. Its a special feeling. Working for the state. Is my personal achievement.
