2000-2005 LVN in Internal medicine Department and worked in Specialties. Job consisted of assisting with Primary care providers, also worked in Specialties clinic. Jobs included assisting in bedside procedures in Gastroenterology, and Pulmonary clinic. admitting, preparing and discharging patients from clinics 2005 became RN worked on Telemetry unit for 3 months then transferred to ED. In ED i was staff Nurse caring for Emergent and Critical patients. I also was a preceptor to New hires, and student nurses from Los Angeles Harbor College. During my tenure I was also trained as Relief Charge Nurse in ER and worked with Management in keeping the ED working smoothly and expedited movement in the unit. My duties included assessment, treatment and care of critical with Emergency room Physicians. 2018 transferred to Urgent care clinic. I cared for walk in Urgent and medical patients. Assessing patients and worked with LVNs and Medical assistants as support and reference. Worked as relief Charge Nurse and worked to transfer patients to higher level of care.
