Helped his mom, Mary FitzGerald who has dementia. Helped her shower when needed and get her ready as she would forget the process. Make sure she brushed teeth, brushed hair, I helped pick her clothes, put lotion on, moisturizer on face and deodorant on. Take her out to meals. Make sure she takes her meds. Take her to doctor when needed (eye doctor and neurologist). Water back patio plants and indoor plants. Take on walks in neighborhood. Take her to Physical Therapy. Take her to weekly hair appts until covid19...during covid19 I curled her hair at home. Painted her nails. Watched TV and read the newspaper and talked about it. Took out trash. Did dishes. Made calls to family members for holidays and special occasions.
