I came to this country in April,1989.....my first job was in Pittsburg,California....I took care of six patients in a board & care....It's a six bedroom type of house....six patients with different illness like: Alzheimer's,stroke,dementia,bi polar....since i was alone of taking care of those six patients,at the end of the day,i was so exhausted....I left that job & moved to San Francisco & took care of a one on one lady.....as we say...the rest is history.....I mostly spent my employment in San Francisco....it was August of 2006,when i moved to orange county.....my first job was in Newport Coast....a bi polar kind of lady....I stayed for 19 months with the lady until she had a bad fall one day.....she had hip surgery but never recuperated until the daughter decided to put her mom in a nursing home & she died in a nursing home.....since then,I had another job,and this kind of job is just come & go.....
