As a cashier, you take orders, attend the guest needs, clean and restock lobby, handle drive orders and drinks, manage cash drawer, make guest custard as requested or made to order, ensure guest were happy with their meal. As a cashier my communication skills widened and I soaked up more experience by handling the situation myself, my leadership skills and customer skills have increased. As a cook, you make the orders as soon as they pop up on the screen and keep it in a time limit while making the bun how the order is wanted. You prep foods that are needed and label each item with the correct information. As a cook we washed dishes and made sure to constantly wash our hands and observe the food and the guest to ensure its the "Freddys way." I opened up two stores of Freddy's Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, and I trained a group of employees with months of being there, the training went on for a week, I am a fast learner and strive in a fast paced environment, I love helping guest and satisfying them. I am willing to learn anything that is needed
