I have been working as a caregiver since 2002 and I have a passion for it. I find it rewarding to be of service to elderly persons and others who badly needed assistance in their day to day activities.

I love being of service and providing personalized care in the same manner and professionalism that I would like to receive or would like a family member to receive. Each of us will hopefully grow old one day and may need some assistance with our daily living activities. I take pride in this realization and dedication to provide care that is personalized, professional, loving and with sensitivity. I am always amazed at the courage that those in need display as they traverse the path to better health or in sustaining the level of heath they presently have. It is this courage that constantly reminds me that there is immense satisfaction in reaching out and assisting those who need care and listening to, in a respectful way. I would be honored to help you with your care or the care of a loved one. I also would love to assist you with improving your range of motion by offering short and personalized exercise routines and stretching exercises. We must all work towards sustaining our range of motion and muscle strength as we age and we can do so if we put forth the effort and intention. My rate is $18.00 - 20.00 per hour.
