I have been in the medical field since I was 18. I started as a CNA and worked at 3 different nursing homes. Last year I graduated and obtained my LVN license and have been working as an LVN for a year. I enjoy working with the elderly I always thought there was something special about them. What makes my job so rewarding is knowing that I can make someone smile. Having compassion and empathy and being sympathetic is a skill I have always had since I was a child. Growing up I tried to figure out what I can be good at and I have now found my path and it is nursing. I am proud of how far I have come even thought obstacles were put in front of me I still managed to hurdle over them. I am currently graduating with my associates degree and am continuing to push for my BSN.
