I grew up watching my grandpa take care of my uncle who was handicap . He could not walk or talk. Ever since then I've maintained a deep connection with my uncle , and felt a need to always look out for him and help my grandpa whenever I can. I would clean the house make his preped meals, give him his recommended medication and this was all trusted in me when I was around 10 or so. All in middle school and high school up until right now as we speak I go and I help. I feel that everyone around me knows me as a loving and caring person that's why I've been so attracted to in-home care provider Services because one day I would love love to be able to take care of my uncle distant future but right now I need a chance for someone to give me a chance to be a care provider because I am a very compatible person, I love to give company be company or just sit and be a companion and a great listener! One thing that I've learned about myself that I just recently found out and it is a Personal Achievement of mine, I feel is going to school to get my degree in American Sign Language and finding out that that's something that I truly am passionate about. I am so excited for the future and getting a degree in ASL and being able to teach that in the distant future. That is one thing I'm truly extremely excited , terrified, nervous, over the moon and grateful for all in one that I found ASL! I can't wait!!
