Provide bowel and bladder care.Help patients with daily activities such as meals, hygiene, and dressing. Record evaluations and check on patient progress. Measure and record temperature, pulse, height, weight, residual (Catheter) urine intake and output. Collect specimens, label and take specimens to the laboratory. Utilize population-base principle to create healthy people, communities and fit. Assist with patients screening for well compile reports on various studies. Maintain neat and clean appearance of patient rooms. Notify Charged Nurse of unavailable or low stocks of required supplies
