I can say I am a good caregiver because I love what I do. I want helping other individual and giving the best care I can share them. My profession and being a caregiver molded me to be a strong person and love the work I do even in times of heavy and strenuous workload. As I mention earlier I like to be a caregiver because I touch lives of people, especially the elders 100 percent I can make them feel that even in their last stage of life there are still people who can let them feel that they are important. Then I change work with residential care home , work includes direct care. Type of patent DD, elderly ambulatory and non ambulatory. I went school with Direct Support Professional year 1 and 2..Then work with agency with One on one client. I have handled all kind of cases simple and complex. I am a very compassionate and patient caregiver with 24 years of experience helping to care for individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. I began providing care when a close friend of mine needed help caring for her sick mother. I worked with this sweet lady for seven and a half years in which I refined my caregiving skills. The bond that I build with all of my clients is unmistakably genuine and sweet. Over my career I have cared for 15 different people and each one of them and the experiences that we have shared has helped to enrich my ability to care for the next one. I am also a proud mother of two wonderful children and that in itself speaks volume about my ability to care for others. I truly care for my clients as if they were a part of my own family.
