About Evelyn

Just to let you know a little about myself, I am hard-working, service-focused, and a very dedicated person. I maintain an energetic attitude and am committed to improving overall patient care and well-being through first-rate personal care and engagement. I am a self-starter and excel at patient care, mobility assistance and daily living support. I have been a caregiver for the past 13 years. My specialty is caring for Alzheimer patients. I understand the different stages a patient enters into with this disease and I also know that these patients (as well as patients with other illnesses) require a great deal of love. It has always been very rewarding for me to see a smile and a happy face on all of my patients. That is the main reason I became a caregiver. For your information, I am up-to-date with my TB test and can present a current DMV driving record as well as my current CPR/First Aid Certification card. References will gladly furnished upon request. My skill sets include mobility assistance, medication administration, preparation of food and meals, light housekeeping, transportation, grooming and bathing assistance, and companionship. Transported patient to all doctors' appointments. Assisted patient with all stages of Alzheimer's, wheelchair assistance, lifting patient in and out of chair. We sang together and I tried to stimulate his brain on a daily basis.
