I like to have a great time with my clients and be with them mentally going through a rough time making sure their mind is in good space. I like to play physical activities like long walks, sports, or mild anaerobic exercise that my clients can perform. I believe physical activities are very crucial for overall well being and longevity. My favorite achievement was helping my clients to bend his knee with stretches exercise that I perform that took two months. His improvement was great and able to do minor tasks that he couldn't do before it was the best feeling help someone to get back to do daily task andconfidence.
