I'm a licensed certified nursing assistant (CNA), Honest, Reliable, Patient, Friendly and Courteous and Experienced caregiver and above all Compassionate. Due to my educational background and work experiences, I'm able to build an excellent verbal and written communication and not forgetting strong clinical and interpersonal skills and the ability to follow set rules and protocols . Being an organized team player is important in order to be proficient in caring for clients to improve overall health and wellbeing. It gives me great satisfaction when I see my clients progress in their health and well-being. For example I had afew hospice cases that graduated from hospice care or hospice care is withdrawn by the assigned nurse to normal care and to see the joy in their face and their families. There's afew that was successful in their Pist Surgery recovery in a short time due to consistent determination in the healing process through physical therapy prescribed by their Doctors and following their Care Plan. It gives me great joy as a caregiver to see the joy and the appreciation in clients and families when they have progressed well in their health and particularly in cases where the clients live alone and I am there that they can depend on in their everyday activities and their overall health and well-being. I've had challenges in combative and Demetia clients whom eventually managed to calm them down and eventually become restrain free in their movements. These takes a lot of patients and high level of tolerance attributes in which I am proud of to achieve a high level of care.
