I feel that i am a great Caregiver cause i learned how to take care of the elderly back when i was in my early 20s.I love to sit an here them talk an sing .Cause when they say leave me alone i say ok i am going to wait u out then they say oh i guess i will come on an go.I like the most is being around them..Getting started to open up a day center for the elderly. I am very patient with all of them i had to take of my granmom also until she was 104.

Care giving is my absolute passion. There's nothing I wouldn't do for my patient/friend. I took care of my father for 10 years until he passed recently. I have also worked with other patients who became my best friends until one passed and the other is using my aunts help for now since he needs hospice. I cook, clean, grocery shop, take to dr. visits, make sure they always have their medication on time, I bathe them, dress them and ANYTHING else they need. I am 33 with a husband and a daughter who's in school. I'd love more than anything to find a new patient to take care of ASAP.

My first caregiving job was with my two kids and my husband. I always made sure that they were taken care of. I also helped take care of both of my grandparents that raised me. I started working in the medical field when my kids started school. I worked as a phelobotomist for 12 yrs, lab asstant and a small doctors office as a nurse, and ran the lab. My husband had major back surgery in 2007 and I had to quit work and take care of him. When he got better I stayed with stage 4 bone cancer lady, bed rest until she passed. I have stayed with 5 others plus my mom that lived with us. I love being able to help people that need help. I have always done more that I was asked, that is just me. When I see something that needs to be done I will ask first and then do. All the people I have taken care of through the years have passed away. I have tried a few others jobs but this is what I want to go back to. Helping people is what I am good at.
