I became a Caregiver due what my grandparents went through and I will love helping someone else that is need. What I like about being a Caregiver is that your in the nursing field, and helping those that are in need. Plus they feel special and a little emotional due to they have someone than family helping them. Some patients don't have no one to help them through their ruff times of need, and that's my personal achievement that I am proud of. I love my personality because people notice the care that's on the inside and out. I'm willing to help and give to people that needs me sometimes even if they don't need me im always there. And I know how it feels to be in need when you really cant do nothing for yourself, because I couldn't walk for 2 months due to I fractured my pelvic bone. I was very emotional so to know there is someone out there that ill care for you makes you happy.

In 2009 my mother became sick it took us 3 years to finally get a diagnosis. In that time I took care of her 3 years later we found out she had Parkinson's disease and multiple sclerosis. I moved her in with me and took care of her 24 hours a day she past away 4 months later and I have felt that being able to help someone is my calling. It warms my heart to make someone's day. Thru the journey with my mom I learned a lot from hospice.

Then, shortly after, she had a stoke, and she had to have constant care. What i enjoy most about caring after people is the company I offer. The way i make them feel, makes me feel great.
