Hi, I'm Jennifer! My previous background in healthcare started in 2007 when I worked for the Kidney Transplant Director at Baptist Med Center in Little Rock, AR. I transferred to the Women's Clinic at Baptist Health Springhill. I helped patients get ready for mammograms and assisted with surgical procedures. After 5 years at Baptist Health , I was recruited to assist the Financial Controller at an HVAC company where I stayed almost 9 years. I missed working in the health care industry and signed on with an Orthopedic DME company where I assisted patients post op in their home or hospital rooms with 'hands on' set up of CPM machines (continuous passive motion) DVTs and cold therapy either the day of, or day after surgery. Being a care taker is extremely fulfilling for me. I am also a part time professional fine artist and have been in several local art galleries.

I'm happy and have an optimistic outlook. I've been in the healthcare field of caregiver for over 20 years. Ive provided care to individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's, cancer, COPD, and various other diagnoses. I also am management for waiver services and ensure quality care of individuals we serve. It gives my heart joy to help people live their best life and bring them joy and integrity.
