I'm a mother of 5 and grandmother to 13. I've worked as a caregiver for the last 15+ years and counting. I love my clients and working with the elderly. What started out as a job became second nature and probably alot of that has to do with my cultural background. I loved it so much, I paid for my own training and certifications to be an independent caregiver. I got bonded, insured and registered with the state and I have several great references from the loving families of those whom I have cared for over the years. I've had great experiences with those who I have worked for and with, along with learning from wonderful nurses and doctors that I've interacted with during the care of many of my clients. I am very proud of the achievements I've made in taking the initiative to learn as I go with each client, and each client came with various conditions and ailments, and some with multiple conditions. It has been a great journey of growth and connection for me like no other and I find it so fulfilling to be able to help our elderly population in need. They have been all like family.

I'm a loving and a Compassionate person. I give my all in everything i do in life. I'm respectful, trustworthy and Honest. I"ve been a caregiver for over 20+ yrs no criminal History, High School grd.with some college. Nothing feeling better then giving back to those who have giving to you.

I can say I am a good caregiver because I love what I do. I want helping other individual and giving the best care I can share them. I went school with Direct Support Professional year 1 and 2..Then work with agency with One on one client. I have handled all kind of cases simple and complex. I'm a very kind personality and down to earth, have soft voices and loving person, I'started taking care my parent for 10 yrs around 2000 until they both passed in2010 then i decided to reach out to other elderly and families who need help with their parents and loved one.

I'm an open-minded, friendly, compassionate woman with personal & professional integrity. Empathy and reliability, patience and the ability to laugh at myself & situations (instead of stewing about them) makes me a great caregiver. The safety of a client is of utmost importance. I am energetic and very social. Im a Registered Nurse and have 39 years of Home Health nursing experience . I have experience in trachs, ventilators, gastrostomy tubes, cancer patient, quadriplegics and overall basic care. Im CPR certified and vaccinated for covid-19. I will take highest level of precautions to prevent the spread of the virus. I have been with one patient for 37 years and still caring for him. I'm caring, patient, compassionate and sensitive to my patients needs. I've also worked as a hospice volunteer for Sutter Hospital. I have also volunteered at The Marine Mammal Center for 18 years in the Intensive Care Unit for harbor seals. I'm dependable and able to provide transportation to doctors appointments and run errands.

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way.
