Hello and welcome to my profile. My name is Zachary Oswald and I hope to be your helper. I am 34 years old and have been in health care for a little over 13 years currently. I have a very wide range of experience so far on my journey. I am CNA, PCT, CBRF and CPR certified. I have lots of experience in and out of facilities all the way up to hospitals & clinics and have been able to work with everything from basic needs to full assist, as well as in home care, rehabilitation, long term and short term care. I like to believe I am very well rounded. I am a current nursing student going for my RN currently. I take pride in my work by providing best care possible within my abilities. I am very passionate about this line of work and have been from a young age since I grew up taking care of several family members. So if I'm taking care of your family they will be treated like they were my own allowing me to give them top notch care.

What I enjoy about care-giving is I enjoy helping others. I am outgoing, friendly, reliable and honest. I like the balance between family and work. I have 4 young adult children ranging from 20 years old to 26 years old and 1 grandson. My husband is a retired Marine, we have moved around quite a bit. However, Panama City is now our home. I prefer my work hours to be daytime hours 6am - 3pm. I look forward to meeting you.

I am a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. I volunteer at Goodwill and Habitat in Chipley. I have been a caregiver for seniors starting in 2007-2023. I miss being able to help another family. I am available, any day or time. I have stayed with my seniors in their homes, hospital, and nursing home. I prepared meals, medicine, light housekeeping, went to Dr appointments with their family members, kept them company until their family members return from work.. bathing, anything needed. I'm dependable.. I've never missed any appointments with the seniors. I love being there with them, letting them tell me about their lives. I love watching tv with them and enjoying watching them laugh and smile. They become family to me. Being able to let them stay home, seems to keep them around longer. Not only am I helping them and their families, but it helps me, knowing I matter.

Im a wife and a mother and also a grandmother. I love taking care of people and helping others achieve goals whether big or small. When i work with clients I celebrate the smallest milestone they achieve. I help them do what they love and help them with doing certain tasks own their own to help them. I'm always available for help when needed. I always lets my clients know what i may be doing on my off days or after work so they know how to reach me if they need me.

As a caregiver, I have found that my compassion, empathy, patience, attention to detail, organization, communication skills, experience, knowledge, and flexibility have all contributed to my ability to provide effective care to my clients. I will continue to cultivate and develop these traits and skills to ensure that I can provide the best possible care to those who need it. I was attracted to being a caregiver because I have a genuine passion for helping others. I find it rewarding to be able to make a positive impact on someone's life and assist them in their time of need. I also enjoy the personal connections I am able to make with the individuals I care for. It's a fulfilling job that allows me to make a difference every day. My greatest achievement is my work ethic. My work ethic is centered around being trustworthy and committed. I believe trust is the foundation of any successful endeavor, and I strive to uphold it in all aspects of my work. I take proud of my patients I take care of and I also make sure of the welfare of the patient I am taking care of because you always treat people like you want to be treated because that can be a love one and you don't want nobody else to treat your family like that i always make sure my parents are clean and have eaten well balanced meals.

My compassion for taking care of my patients, I'm disciplined, understanding, patience and a good listener. Also, my experience. With my experience as a LPN , I've always enjoyed that hands on, one on one with a patient. And seeing that my care has made a difference in a patient life. The joy of taking care of another person. I've always wanted to be a nurse every since I was a little girl, I became a LPN which I enjoyed so I can say that was one of my personal achievements.
