I used to work in a nursing home and did not like the way the clients were being treated and I felt like no matter how much I report anything even though I will if I see something wrong its up to the caregivers to make sure that they show compassion and be considerate of the clients and do their job properly. I understand that sometimes the family just cant be there for their loved one and it completely doesn't mean they don't love them that's where I come in I have no issue with working over I'm very reliable I often sacrifice my holidays for clients but I consider them family as well.
