Hello! As you can see my name is Amy, I am of mom of two little girls and we just recently moved out here to the Bloomington area. I have been a CNA for 4 years, I personally find a lot of purpose in being a CNA. Every since I got certified this is all I have done since because I truly enjoy what I do.

I am a very selfless person, I am motivated to better the lives and improve the lives of other individuals. I am furthering my education to become a nurse but I have experience as an HHA and a Direct Support Professional. I am most proud of my completion of my Bachelors degree in Community Health. I am 57 years old mature, responsible and experienced caregiver from Bloomington.my background is in Elementary Education but in the last 10 years or more, I have worked as a Home Health aide in senior facilities and residential. My services can provide companionship, light house cleaning, meal prep, shopping, strands, take to appt. Personal care, and pet care if needed. My goal is to provide services to help a client live more independently in their own home environment and give the families peace and assurance that their loved one is in great hands. Most of my career has been as a caregiver. There was a brief time that I worked in accounting completing my degree in 2015. It seems that I am doing what I enjoy the most helping others.

I am very outgoing and my personality is large. I love to socialize with the client and make jokes to make them smile. I enjoy being a companion and friend they can count on when their family is not there so they are not alone! I'm proud of having many residents until the last day of their life to may a long lasting impact, knowing they could always count on me and I stuck around until the very end!

I love providing companionship to my patients and assuring their safety with lots of tender loving care. I have 6 years of experience as a live-in and day care provider for my patients with Parkinson's disease, osteoporosis, disabilities and other illnesses including wound care. This has been with compassion, honesty, integrity, responsibility and tender loving care. My duties included light housekeeping, laundry, cooking, shopping, running errands, doctor appointments and just being a good companion. I have excellent references. I have my own car.

I am well experienced. I became a caregiver, more than twenty years ago, to give quality care to those in need. I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their stories. I have had Certified Nursing Assistant training, Direct Support Professional training, Qualified Medication Aide training, and am well read with experience as Physical Therapy Aide. As a caregiver, it is nice to have both a decent medical vocabulary and an interest in continuous learning about the functions of the human body.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I enjoy helping the elderly and I've been a CNA for the last 4 years and I also do home health care also. I've worked in nursing homes where there was many of residents that needed help with ADLs.

Hi my name is Lana, I am a 35 years old and have 6 children. I have been a caregiver nearly all my life. I began caregiving when I was 15 years old and provided live in care to my great grandmother. I love caring for people, it gives me the ability to appreciate all that I have and the people in my lives.
