Well I always say the good lord made me for this I have a big heart my residents always called me smiley which I try to always keep know matter how I may feel .I love the elderly there stories just putting a smile on there face ..Well the girls woukd cone get me if they couldn't understand someone because I could just knowing I helped someone and made there day better was always a good day for me .

I am very outgoing, love helping others. I've been a caregiver for one year now and a CNA for three years. I'm a mother of two and I have always loved helping others since I was little.

Hello I'm Ladonna, I am 35 years old, I have three children two girls and a boy ages from 15,10,7. I love being a caregiver because I feel like I miss a lot with my grandparents and I get so close with my clients it's really sad sometimes but you know I enjoy it because I love them just like I would love my own mother or grandmother or father or grandfather. I have also worked with a special needs I had a client he had cerebral palsy and he was in his sixties I worked with him for about 2 years and I just love him and he loves me, we hated to part ways, but things happened and you know I just wasn't able to stay with him and we still talk from time to time and I feel in spots for him. Also I have references. I think that I'm funny, I'm a very good listener, I'm a good cleaner, I have patience, I'm very Stout I can lift quite a bit so that would be an issue if I had to lift them . But most of all I have a good heart ;) And I love the Lord. I trust him with every aspect of my life today. And I really hope to hear from you and let me be that special someone for you to help with your loved ones because I will love them just like they were my own. I am a 31 year old mother of two. I feel my purpose in life is to care for others and give them quality of life for as long as possible. I enjoy helping people stay in their homes for as long as they wish. Taking care of others with always be my life's goal.

I had the best example.. my grandmother has been taking care of elderly in her home for over 40 years so she taught me everything that I needed to do this job I feel like God gave me this calling. Everyone that I have taken care of I still remember them to this day. It is a privilege than on a car of a person last moment on her or the last few years.

I am a very patient and understanding person. I take time to get to know the resident or patient. I try to understand their condition and needs on a personal level, in order to find the best approach. I am a very strong and hard working individual that has a very strong love for the nursing field. I enjoy it when I gain the respect and love of the resident/Patient. I'm am proud to say that my greatest achievements is that I have always been able to maintain a positive relationship with all of my residents . As a Nurse aide I provide direct patient care in nursing homes and in other settings such as hospital long-term care wards, community rehabilitation or private home settings. Duties can include taking vital signs, assisting residents to move about the home or facility, helping them manage their meals and use bathroom facilities, transferring, turning, lifting or positioning bedridden patients, offering emotional support, rehabilitative exercises, bathing, grooming, feeding, and all other aspects of care as allowed by state laws and regulations.

Hello! My name is Makayla Miller. I am 23 years old and a mother to three beautiful children. I love taking care of people and making a difference in peoples lives. I currently work at Thompson Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore, Ky. I have been there for 3 years. I am wanting to try to find something closer to home because I am having to drive over an hour one way to get to and from work. I am very outgoing, I love to be around people and make others happy. I love making my residents happy and I will go over the top to make sure they have what they need because they deserve it. If you clock in and go to work you need to do what is expected of you, and that's your job. I do not like when people half do their jobs. especially working in patient care. these are people that you are dealing with and your job needs to be taken seriously. I am very dedicated in what I do.

I am engaged to the most wonderful man and I have three beautiful step children. I've worked as a CNA for 15 years and I absolutely love what I do. I have pretty open daytime availability and I am willing to work within your budget to provide excellent care for yourself or your loved one. I became a caregiver because the memories of my beloved grandfather in his last days and how poorly he received care during those times has never left me 26 years later.
