I am caring, considerate and an empath. What I do aligns perfectly with my personality traits which makes me a natural, and that's why I love it. I have over 4 years of experience in care giving and I loved every year, I enjoy what I do because I get to see life from a different perspective, I get to be someone's eyes, assistant and helper. I love that I get up everyday and be someone trustworthy and safe to be around. I love seeing people happy, well taken care of and feeling safe and I make an effort to bring that to my clients every time I show up. My greatest achievement in life is knowing that ever since I started this line of work, no family ever regretted choosing me. The families were so happy with me and being able to bring that kind of feeling to people is special.

I grew up on a farm in Ohio with 8 sisters, 1 brother, 3 dogs & several cats, ducks & guinea pigs. I have volunteered most of my adult life with a multitude of organizations including: Hospice, the Humane Society, Make A Wish Foundation, the local library, Kitty Konnection (a feral cat rescue), the Rape Crisis Hotline, Big Brothers & Big Sisters, my local church. I enjoy helping people and the company of animals. My hobbies includes music, baking, traveling, reading, movies, and art museums. I have 2 grown sons & 6 grandkids, all of whom live in other states.

I'm a very outgoing caregiver that cares more about how the residents is feeling and the comfortability than my own! I love taking care of people, and the smiles I get when I come to there home to help them out is amazing! As for what attracted me to be a care giver is I see so many articles and shows on tv showing all of these residents being abused and it broke my heart and I wanted to make a difference so I decided to go to a technical high school were I got my CNA as well as all of my other certifications. What I enjoy most about being a care giver is the smiles I get when I do even the littlest thing s for my residents I am not saying it is always easy or picture perfect but I think of my residents as family members and treat them exactly how I would treat my own family member because you always have to think they did not ask to be in there situation and that is what I always refer back to. One of my personal achievements that I am proud of is I went to a technical high school and got all of my certifications there and now am currently attending a university to further my education while working per diem. As well as currently looking for a full time job so I can continue helping people while also saving money for college.

I provide flexible hours. Such as, nights, days or a 24-hour period, whatever is needed.
