Caregiving is what I live for and has been my job for as long as I can remember. Whether providing a helping hand and services to relatives or neighbors, the appreciation for companionship means the world to me because the responsibility is shared amongst the caregiver and patient for personal achievement and growth!

I took care of my mother and sister when they were sick with cancer and when they both passed away God placed in on my heart and I have been going it every since. Able to provide hands-on care to patients by administering medications, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining records and communicating with family as well as members of the healthcare team. Feed, bathe and dress patients. Take patient vital signs. Serve meals, make beds and keep rooms clean. Set up medical equipment and assist with some medical procedures. Answer calls for help and observe changes in a patient's condition or behavior.
