I've worked as a HHA (home health aide) and RA (facility living). I've very trust worthy when it comes to showing up on time and on short notice. I love talking to my residents about their past lives to really get to know them and what they love. I just moved down here from the jackson Michigan area and I'm ready to start helping people in community using my skills!

I've been a CNA for 20 year's.I love doing what I do,i so get Senior's and get along very well with them.I really owe it all to my Parent's who instilled in me to alway's Respect your elder's.My father was really proud of me for being in this line of work.I did a lot for him up until he passed{2012}.I have received award's in Dementia/Alzheimer care,outstanding caregiver and employee of the month.I have learned a lot in my 20 year's and still learning.My client's show me every day how blessed i'am.

I enjoy spending time with elderly people. I treat them like I would my grandparents. I took care of my grandmothers during the last years of their lives and learned how precious those moments are! I'm proud that I learned to care for family during the hardest times in their lives even thru hospice care.

I am one who has always catered to the elderly, taking care of Dementia, stoke, seniors, one on one, going that Xtra mile to make sure you are safe and secure. I think out side of the box and believe to treat and care for others as I would like to be cared for. I have a tendency to look at the ones I care for as family.

When I was a teenager I was living with my grandma, She was in a wheel chair and had arthritis. I love helping her out whether it was washing her hair or cooking. Sometimes I was the only one who would be able to help her when she needed it. My grandmother passed away in 2006... this is when I felt I could make a difference for others in need. I have a huge heart and people need me, and I need them. This is where my heart is, I love to be able to help someone with there day to day activities. I am proud to say that I have earned multiple awards with my current employer for being the happiest most out going person in the company for 2 years. All the clients know me and when they see that I waked into the building they all get so excited to see me ... But this goes both ways. Im happy to see them too. I work at a rehabilitation company in Kalamazoo mi. I have been with this company for almost 4 years. I am a home manager so I manage 10+ employees and I have 4 clients under my care. I am in love with this kind a work. I know that I can offer much more that what I am doing now. Im looking for the same line of work but with a bigger company that would let me move up the totem poll.
