I enjoy taking care of people ..I love putting smiles on their faces and being there in the time of need ..good communication along with a smile and warm heart goes a long way.. i have 19 years of experience and very good at what I do.. I have cared for my grandmother when I was 12.. from then on I knew I wanted to help people in need..tasks I provide is meal prepping medication reminders or administer..errands..light house keeping .bathing.. laundry..Hospice cares..ADLS cares if needed! Can provide 1.1 ..vitals.i am Cpr certified .... cares include ..dressing..bathing...grooming...feeding if needed...exercises include walking if the client is able...outings can include church services.... cath care..ostomy care...can operate a hoyer lift or easy stand...can do blood sugars...I can provide cares also At hospitals and ..facilities.. Socialization..companionship is also a must.....I can work monday thru friday 8 to 12 hours shifts ...every other weekend...can also work shorter shifts ...and holidays are time and a half. paid milage for long distances .. since I won't be with my family during that time ...

I am married to a wonderful man and together we have raised two amazing children who are now young adults on their own. I lost my job of 8 years recently due to the company down sizing. Hello my name is Jacklin Aud. I have been a caregiver for thirty years . Started working in Carmi Hospital/nursing home my junior year during my nursing class. I received my CNA licence at 16. Continued to work as a CNA throughout my junior, and senior year of school. I stopped to care for my grandmother. She was dying of cancer. I got married . My husband ,and I started a family. We moved to MN from Illinois. I decided to do home care unstead of working for a hospital, or nursing home. I've witnessed to much neglect in a nursing home ! I got my HHA licence . Then I started working as HHA in homes privately. I'm also a Pca for disabled children . I worked for Home Instead Senior Care for 4,5 years. I decided working privately for clients as a HHA is better than working for a company as a HHA. My job consist of taking clients shopping, doctors office, out for lunch,light cleaning, cooking, assist with bathing, and toileting. I work with hospice, and give medication. I love to care for people! I treat all elderly as if they were my own parents, or grandparents.

I cared for my grandmother for six years and my mother for a year when she broke her hip I also had a client I cared for until he passed away in December and I have worked with hospice several times once here with Tom and in Ohio I worked with hospice with several clients I just enjoy being around the seniors they have so much to offer and listening to their stories I really enjoy I also enjoy showing them things that I do and I like to involve them in things that I do and have them show me things that they used to do and do it I just get a lot of joy out of seeing them smile and listen to them

I have been a care giver/ nanny/ PCA since I was 15 and I am now 21. I was 14 attending a walk-a-thon for breast cancer survivors at my county fairgrounds. My step mom took me by surprise when she handed me a yellow ribbon that said, "CareNurse" and asked me to walk with her. I felt honored, my actions were recognized and my heart filled with love. Knowing thats the reward for being a caregiver encourages me to be a great caregiver. I've learned over the years mindfulness skills play a huge role in my emotional health being able to provide the best care. I have a wide range of experience in caregiving. My actions are seen as genuine, I've learned to communicate assertively and lead my interactions with people with empathy. I'm proud of who I am and the value system I have in place.

I naturally am a caregiver. I want to bring a smile to the face of whomever I provide care for, I look at that person and their family as if they were my own so the care is completely genuine and from the heart. I do my best to involve who I'm providing care for in activities so they still maintain their independence and confidence at the end of the day and remain proud of their accomplishments.

My mother died of cancer of the blood and what inspired me was the treatment she received from caregivers was excellent and this inspired me to be that caregiver to help the lives of people like my mom who need that care. I love people and l love what l do. I enjoy most to see that lam helping someone and is able to smile and feel cared for the things z person is unable to do.
