I'm Brandi Bianca Waters. I'm 27 years old. I have three beautiful children. My oldest is girl, London she is 9. My middle is a boy, Brayln he is 5. My youngest is a boy, Rodney he is 3 better known as Third. I'm a proud dedicated, compassionate, motivated young mom. I've started my passion for caregiving in 2013 in August. I've always wanted to take care of people . I've watched my blessed grandmother do it all her life. I'm the perfect caregiver for any family because of my patience and flexibility. I'm a great caregiver because empathize. I build a connection with my patient to create a sense of ease for their personal fears and discomforts. Personally I feel I do more than just look after and attend to my patients needs. I nurture, and foster a bond that makes them almost a part of my family and feel closer to their family. My proudest achievement is me staying motivated and striving for better in the nursing field.

My name is Toni I will just dive right in I had a son who battled cancer from the age of 12-18 he unfortunately lost his battle I struggled a great deal and still do but he also made me realize that taking care of people is what I want to do so that's when I became a caregiver and when I lived in Indiana I became a CNA doing this is not just a job for me it's a passion for me doing what I do is what I'm most proud of and I feel my son would be proud also.

I feel my personality is very personable, hard working, and willing to go above and beyond. I love being able to help any way that I can, I have always been attracted to helping anyone. I love being able to put a smile on someone's face, if I can make someone smile, I know my job is done. My proudest personal achievement is getting my current job, SPED PCA.

I enjoy working with and helping people. I am currently a CNA and MED TECH. I am certified to help with medication management. I been a CNA for over 10 years and a Med Tech for 5 years. I am registered in North carolina and Virginia. I enjoy the bonding and getting to know my clients and their families and helping them with their needs. I was attracted to caregiving because i would help my grandmother when she was very ill and also use to take care of my mom when she had cancer. I am also CPR certified

I'm very attentive to my clients. I feel it's my calling to take care of those that can't take care of themselves. I have been doing this line of work for over 30 years. My clients have grown to love me and treat me like family as I have the same for them. I enjoy what I do and it shows in the care I provide. I love to laugh and make them smile and I have always been told that I have that gift..

I just love caring for other people. Just making them feel comfortable and like they are around family. Just knowing what my grandmother went through wen she was I'll. Just her needing us around to make her feel loved made me want to continue to make other people feel good and happy. Bringing joy to people lives. Hello! My name is Jess,I have been working as a caregiver for 2 years. Here's a little insight about me and how I gained my experience. When I was a teen my mother in law was a nurse aide. I've looked up to her and admired how much people she helped everyday with her kind touch. Let's fast forward to when I graduated high school, I've always known I wanted to help people and with the work that I've watch my mother in law do,it inspired me to become a nurse aide. I had absolutely no clue where to start! Later I ended up getting my first gig helping a man with leukemia shortly after he passed I still stuck around and helped his wife with ADL Later I joined a care agency as a caregiver (FirstLightHomeCare) I've been to multiple peoples homes and facilities providing the best care I could possibly do. After being to one particular facility(abbotswood at irving park) I absolutely fell in love with the patients there, but due to rules and with the agency I was with I couldn't join them just yet. I ended up leaving my agency and joining a nursing home(Terrabella formerly known as Brighton Gardens) to gain more experience. There I earned my PCA and worked in the assisted living. Later down the line I realized I wanted to try something new, so I ended up moving to the memory care. There I tended to patients with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. After about a year of being with Brighton Gardens I decided to move on and further my education so I got my CNA with AIM medical training college. I got hired at my dream job and where I had fallen in love with my patients (abbotswood at irving park) there I became a Med Tech. I work closely with doctors and nurses and provide wound care as well. I have knowledge and understanding of certain medications. I also work closely with Hospice patients. I enjoy every second of the time I have with my patients and treat them with respect as if they were my own grandparent. I enjoy nurturing others and making sure they get the best possible care.

I am 19 years old with 3 year experienced Personal Care Assistant. I started Personal Care at a young age helping and taking care of my Grandparents. I enjoy caregiving because I like to help other people with any type of disability's. I enjoy being able to make my clients feel safe and happy. A personal achievement I am proud of is working with all types of disabilities and sickness with a positive attitude this makes me more experienced with my nursing experience.

To me my calling and purpose on earth is to be a support to individuals who need support even if it's just companionship. I love helping others when they need it. I have been in the home health care field for about 10 years and this is what I love to do. I am currently going to school for my Bachelor's degree because one day I want to open up my own home for a group home for individuals in need of ADL assistance.

Very sweet, compassionate, and caring. I love to help those who are in need. My grandfather was a paraplegic and had home assistance and ever since then I knew I wanted to be a caregiver. It is a reward for me to see my patience pleased with my work and when I make their day.
