I have always had a strong relationship with my Grandmother, from as young as I can remember. I watched her as she aged over the years, and became unable to do certain things for herself. It was instinctual for me to just do them for her. It made her feel better knowing she had me there for her and it made me feel good knowing I could help her and make her life easier. I still feel that way today when I am able to help someone out with things they cannot do for themselves. I always think, if I wasn't around for my own Grandmother, I would have wanted a compassionate individual, like myself, to care for her.
